Hey there! I'm Rochelle, owner and founder of Online Executive, a Virtual Executive Assistant service specialising in administrative and executive support to business owners and high-flying executives. I'm a Sydney local Aussie with a love of a strong tea and a good Netflix series.
With over 20 years in administration and 1-1 executive support, I can confidently say I know a thing or two about getting executives sorted!
Oh did I mention chaos and disorganisation is my thing? I have a special knack for sorting and keeping inboxes under control, can whip up emails and documents in a flash and love to keep calendars ticking over seamlessly. I'm also known around the office for my secretariat and minuting taking skills (it's a love/hate thing!) I love project and event management as well as working with customers.
But honestly, all that’s great but what really matters is this. I’ve spent my whole working career in providing the highest level administration and executive support and have even ran my own cafe (but that's another story). I know what it's like for a busy executive who has no time to handle the backend challenges in your business. I have a bag of tricks and tips to get you sorted!
